Product Description:
D28 Diesel Engine is made by DongFeng Motor brand with Nissan quality assurance. It is designed as an economy practical type of high technology, quality and reliability.It reaches the Euro3/4 emission standard. The annual capacity is 50,000 units.
Product Technologies
D28 engine passed the 1000-hour endurance test at the first attempt. Its main components and parts are developed by international suppliers, and are checked by individual tests. The mature technologies make the products reliable and durable.
The high pressure common rail type adopts BOSCH licensed technology, and the injection pressure can reach 1300-1400 bar. The engine one-time passed the spot check test proceeded by the State Environmental Protection Department.
Ultra Low Noise
The strengthened mute cover is used to reduce more than 2db noise than the similar domestic diesel engines.
Good Cold Start Performance
It adopts computer control (BOSCH system) and cylinder preheating function. It can be smoothly started down to minus 35 degrees C.
Fuel-efficient and Environmental Friendly
The fuel injection quantity and time are accurately controlled by the computer. Compared with the traditional engines, it increases 10% engine combustion efficiency and decreases 10.8% fuel consumption.
Strong Environmental Adaptability
The whole vehicle has passed the tests in cold, hot and plateau conditions. The ultra-broad induction scope, from -40°C to +85 °C, ensures the engine performance stable.
Ultra Long Quality Assurance
The 2 years/60000 km quality assurance is provided. The quality assurance mileage is 20% more than other similar products.
